I change my blogger layouts and I am glad that I did it. I study how to change the background, the header by myself. But I use free blogger layouts and I install it. So if you have blog and you want to change the layout that you want to, you can do it without paying layout designer.I pay 60 dollars before so expensive. Actually blogger has very limited layout and design options due to the fact its custom built as well as being hosted externally. If you really want to earn from blogging or at least a side income i would recommend you to get your own hosting. Use Content Management System like wordpress or drupal. They have got a ton of useful free plugins and free themes that you can modify.
