what is your tactic in ptc site ?

whenever i sign up for a ptc site that must be a low cash out site and they must have forum or payment proof so that have high chance of a legit ptc ,or with a trusted ptc site which has paid for year like neo bux ,donkey mails ,earn easy cash ,but even with very low paying out i still got scammed , they even put my name in payment proof but they did not pay ,so how about you what should you consider when you sign up for a new site ptc?

I do researches and ask for some advice from those people who had been in this industry for long.
