what makes philippine 2010 election credible?

I still have some doubts if the 2010 Philippine election can prove itself credible, and the results credible too. There appears to be so much threat to its credibility--inadequately tested counting machines, threat for possible brownouts during election day, having no backup plants in case automation fails, etc.
