Oh it's way too early in the morning for a discussion this deep. :-)
I just believe that both are valuable for different reasons.

I think you need instinct AND logic to be successful. Of course it depends what type of success you're talking about. If its in business, then you definitely need both. But it would be the same for a relationship also.

I think, you should always have an action either in business or ordinary day of your life....

I find that a nice balance of instinct and logic helps me to have a successful life. I aknowledge my instinct, and then think it over with logic, and if my stinct is logical, then I go for it,

It all depends on what you think is 'success'. One has to prepare the 'state of mind' to derive the satisfaction and enjoy the success. Alas! people relate success in terms of wealth, popularity, or even the social stature. Napoleon, Hitler and even Osama bin Laden may also be said to have succeeded! For those who endure the normal life, by and large it goes by logic. Instinct, in my opinion, is the applied logic with base of facts, and analysis, all done in lightning speed like by computer. Sometimes it comes by practice. Some are induced too. At times one can falter and face miseries. Measure of success should be viewed by the effort and the end result.
