Have you ever been in a situation where something went wrong. And there are three parties involved. And they all blame each other for the cause problem.
You are tasked to investigate it. So let's name the three parties to make it easier to tell the story.
The three parties are Aaron, Bonnie and Clark.
You only got the report that something was wrong, and Clark was all the while in-charge of the going in and out of the issue. Sort of like the middle man in all the dealings with regards to the issue at hand. He is the only Point of Contact for the job. So you as Clark what happened.
Clark: Aaron did it. He made the mistake.
So you confronted Aaron, and
Aaron said "According to Clark, Bonnie didn't do her part."
So you go and ask Bonnie what happened.
Bonnie: Cos according to Clark, Aaron did not do his part.
Who are you going to believe?

It's normal to be seeing this kind of scenario.. Just exactly the same story of, nobody, somebody & everybody.. haha =D
If i have the power, i will definitely say that both are at fault and they had to share the responsibility.. BUt if i'm on the same level as them, and being 'clark', well, i will have to believe in bonnie then.. For Aaron is the main person for the project and thus he needs to make sure everything is ok, before passing on to somone else.. hehe
