How do you burn fats?

There a lot of ways of burning fats but through research i knew that there are some that could not burn fats but burn muscles. and this is now a risky part when you are loosing muscles instead of fats by improper diet.
So guys and gals, how do you make sure that you burn fats and not muscles?

Take a lot of garlic in your meals. Garlic is a wonderful think which can be added main dishes.

Really, really, really. my husband had heigh chlostrol in his blood. Some people advised me to add garlic in his meals. so I add garlic in every curries. whenever it is cooked with curries it won't smell. You can add it with fish, meat and vegetables.

Jogging every morning can burn you fats. It worked for me. I lost a couple of pounds jogging ten minutes every morning. It's basically sweating that burns you fats. You can also do steam baths. It's effective too.
