What method do you use to wake yourself up in the mourning?

People each have their own way of waking themselves up in the mourning. I personally use my cellphone/s as an alarm clock to wake myself up. Other people I know, don't need these devices but, use mere conditioning. What method do you use?

I'm like you and I use my cell phone as an alarm clock, there is no way I could condition myself to like just wake-up every morning.

i generally use an alarm clock/radio to wake myself up. i have it tuned to my favourite jazz station so i get to listen to it a bit and then the news. i generally lay in bed for about 20 minutes before getting up.

Same here, pal. I use my mobile phone's alarm function to wake me up in the mornings. The best part is, the alarm has a snooze function too. So, no matter what, I will be roused out of bed eventually.

Now that it is summer, I don't use any device to wake up. I want to enjoy my 9-hour sleep lol. But if I have to wake up early, I use my cellphone. I guess everybody (almost) uses their cellphones for alarm.

hie joe, i always use the alarm clock as my backup. more often than not, i wake up before my alarm rings, so i press down the alarm button and i am out of my bed. as a child i did not have an alarm clock, so i relied on my big 'grandfather clock' in the living hall. every hour it would 'clang' itself. since then, i develope my own internal clock to assist me. it was only when i was working, i got myself an alarm clock just in case, i overslept. up to date there were very few times i overslept and the alarm 'siren' would make me jump out of my skin. everynight, before sleeping i would say my prayers and remind myself to get up at 5am. next morning i am up by 5am automatically. i dont know how i do it but this is the way every morning. perhaps its the Lord's way of getting me up to pray and praise Him. i am glad of this. thanks.

I like to wake up at six in the morning, so I set the alarm on my mobile phone. Usually I wake up before alarm goes off.
