I recenntly started making a collection on the best films ever and I am really interested what do you people like.Which according to you is the film that made you thrill and you will never forget?

mokkka. There are too many films to list. If you are compiling a list then I will suggest just one film and that would be The Shawshank Redemption. It is one movie that most people at least put in their top ten.

I agree with you that this is a film everybody need to see. I watched it last week but I am sure I will never forget it.

Hello! My favourite movie ever is Amélie Poulain. it's funny and cute and ends happily, which is what I like in movies! but I love Tim Burton so if you make a collection, I strongly recommend you to have the nightmare before christmas, sleepy hollow, big fish and Edward Scissorhands!!

The best comedy ever is "The burbs". An underrated movie. It is just super great! You will never ever tire of it. I also love Lost in Translation. There are so many films that deserve mentioning, but these two will always be on my list nomatter what mood im in

My one to remember is the film "life is beautiful" I think it is italian with english translation. That is one of the films that really is on my mind. I think it is a work of a genius..

Thats a really tough question...just one film? Hmmm....I guess my best film ever would have to be Philadelphia. I hadn't watched it for years and then I bought it on DVD recently. I had forgotten just how much of an emotionally powerful film it is. I think it is Tom Hank's best film by far. x

Well philadelphia is one of the best films in 90's , i was a kid when it was that movie but the people who watched and they didnt have enough information about HIV , they were in shocked and about gays , and they started to respect all bout gay life, HIV.

Great one and a few years ago I saw a interview with Tom Hanks. He said he can't watch that movie because a lot of people in it had Aids and have since passed away. It is very hard for him to watch it.

My favorite movie of all time, and the one that I think is the best film ever, is Return of the King. I love Lord of the Rings, the books and the movies. I love the first two, but I think the third one is the best. Also, it won 11 academy awards which is the most awards the academy has ever given to one picture (There are two other films that have also won 11 awards, but it's still the most awards ever given to one movie).

Wow there are so many and I know I am going to forget a really great one that I am sure someone else will mention. Dances With Wolves Titanic Unforgiven And Justice For All Into The Wild Ordinary People ET Jaws Close Encounters Of The Third Kind Star Wars Apollo 13 Whatever Happened To Baby Jane As you can see I can go on and on there are so many great movies and all of these hold up to the test of time.
