How good are you in spotting a great deal? do you always shop in concrete floors? how's your bargaining skills? good, bad, worse? do you love sale and where do you usually go? i cant say i love bargains but i love a good deal. if i think an item is worth it, i would go for it, but not all the way. im practical so i sometimes ask for discounts... especially when it comes to jewelries. but sellers can spot wimpy buyers. i don't know how but they can tell if im going to go for it or not. do you have any tips in spotting bargains? how do you bargain? share it to us...

I love to bargain hunt. Love my coupons and try to do both at same time any time I can. We always had to do this because we didn't have a lot of money so I grew up doing it and where some might have hated or been embarrassed I found it a challenge and something to be proud of. I try to make it a game for my kids. In our food store they have special tags for items they will no longer carry and it is a game we play that the kids try to find them and the one who finds the best deal gets a quarter for the gum ball machine. Funny enough my little one seems to do the best as a chance for a gum ball is a big thing to her and she is on the look out for blue tags the second we walk in the door!

that's nice... your daughter is learning the importance of being frugal. I love coupons too. i sometimes take advantage of that. but to where i am currently, they don't acknowledge coupons and at the same time, they dont give out one. too bad! :(

That's too bad about the coupons. Are you in an are where it is socially OK to haggle the prices. Here it is looked down upon a bit in most store settings.

my style is that I always ask for a discount. first is I start with the lowest possible price and then I'm pretty sure that the seller would increase it a little then we'll agree to meet at the center price. for example: the shirt is worth $9.50 I'll ask her that I'll buy 5 shirts if she'll give it to me for $7 dollars each then she'll increase it to $8 dollars and I'll ask her to lower it a bit then if lucky, we'll meet at $7.5 dollars. :)

same with me. that's how i bargain. if i dont get the price i want (which i know they'll give in) i just walk off. if they're really interested they'll chase me. if not, their loss. hahaha!

Yes I think we all love bargains, lol. I do shop in stores and checkout various places. Unless I am looking at possible antiques I stay away from from flea markets. I look to see what it is and will it sell.

I believe in bargaining. Bargaining brings down the price more or less closer to its actual worth. The seller tries to get the maximum price for his goods. Therefore, purchaser too must try to pay the minimum price for it. If you are a connoisseur, and you have an idea about the right prices then you are likely to strike a good bargain. If you don't then you will end up being cheated. The sellers are quick to spot the most gullible ones. They always jack up the price to fetch a good price for their goods. The best strategy is to walk off and show that you are not interested at that price. The chances are that seller would come around and give you the thing at a price you demand.

i love a good bargain because i need to stretch my money all of the time. things are not good for us financially so every dollar and every penny count for me and i love to get more for my money. i know a good deal when i see one from years and years of experience.

haven't tried buying anything from ebay. for one thing, customers usually cover the shipping cost and for me, it costs a lot. might as well look for it in the marketplace or anywhere else other than ebay. i sure do hope to buy something in ebay someday. :)

Bargains is something that I like a great deal. In fact, I actively look for bargains a lot of the time. I am always about saving any penny and even if it just a few pennies, that is a few pennies that I would have spent otherwise. Plus those few pennies really add up a lot over the time. You have to look for anything to sale, to keep saving money up for a rainy day. I look for the sales most of the time. Especially with food, I find the sales and buy things in bulk a lot. That way, I can stock up at half of the price or whatever than I would in several weeks. Also, the get so many, get something free sales, always a good bargain. So there are many great bargains to have, whether those bargains be in the actual store or online. So in the end, I am all about bargains. I am a person who likes to get the most out of every dollar. The only tip that I would have is to keep your eyes pealed for anything. Shop around a bit, you never know what you might be do. Also, for DVDs, check the discount bin. I have found some pretty great deals there for sure. You never know where you might find a bargain. They are truly lurking around every corner.

I do! I'm a self-confessed bargain hunter. I could easily spot a good deal. My mom even said it's a talent of mine. I opt for the "look for less". The item is cheaper, but the quality and the style is similar to the expensive ones. I usually aim for the department stores, it has a wide variety and less expensive items compared to the boutiques in the mall. I'm very practical when I'm shopping. I couldn't resist a good bargain. I'm not very good at haggling, though. My tip so you won't get fooled in the "sales" in the mall, try comparing prices with other brands or stores. If the item on sale is way cheaper but also the same quality, then it's a good buy. Be practical but at the same time, cautious.

Yes of course and honestly I don't know anyone who does not love a bargain. Seriously when sales are on. It is hard to ignore them especially if you have been waiting for some items to be more affordable. It can be hard at times to look your best if you are on a budget. I mean some of us can not afford all those over priced items. You know what I mean. I love it when I find something that looks so good even if it is at such a low price. I mean what does it matter, saving money is saving money and we should all do it. If we didn't we could end up with money problems. So go for the bargains everyone!

As far as I am concerned, I think I am a lover of bargin with the business man,who is usually trying their best to make us buy the products that they produce. For me, I usually bargin with them not for so long a time, still with a very satisfying result. I am a easy going man, who usually has a smile on his face, then I may say a lot interests to him, what the key piont is that I may know some price of the product that they introduce to me, I may say it in a very low price then for a long time bargin, it will be OK.

I am not rich and practical. When I buy some items,I often ask "can it be cheaper"?Maybe I am not good at bargaining, usually I can not get the discount what I want. Now I often buy items on net.I can compare price of different shops.
