do you listen to much?

Ever since i was a little kid i would always sit down and listen to someone talk it was like a relaxing thing to me. Just the thought of communication gets me excited inside. i remember when my girlfriend had problems and she would talk to me for like hours about it and i would sit there and listen no holding back telling her like it is i guess thats why she fell for me. So mylot do you ever listen to much? is it a good or bad thing?

Communication is a difficult thing, it's hard to find someone who really listen. I think I'm a good listener, most times a listen more than I speak but that's because I pay attention to what I'm being told. I think I know how to listen, but sometimes I don't know how to answer :P

i would say the same for me i can't really come up with a good responds to keep the discussion going but i try my best xD

In a discussion I can find good arguments to keep the chat flowing, but when someone needs comfort of some kind I ran out of words to say...

I think im a good listener, im not a great talker in conversations but i listen to everything my friends have to say

haha well you got to talk at some point or else it would be a boring conversation i would say so because i had one of those before were the other person is the only one talking and your just looking at them trying to be serious but you cant because it is boring xD

no, i believe in interaction form both the ends, the communication should be duplex,
both sided otherwise it becomes dull and boring stuff listening only to someone who is
just speaking......

When I was growing up I never got a word in edge wise, so I would just listen. It's more fun I think then talking, so usually I will just listen. Even now though I get interrupted and really irritates me, I guess that's why I don't talk all that much, but it doesn't really bother me either.

hi there, im new here....its nice to be a good listener... and tell some advice... does anyone of you experience after your friend told you the story or his or her problem or experience... then after listening to his story as a friend you need to give him an advice... then you talk again new topic... then after wards he will open again that topic then he ask you advice then you will advice him.... then after wards he open again the topic....and again and again and again... until you realize you get irritated listening to his story... im not saying mostly its a guy... (i just experience it to girls to)... personally it irritates me... too much listening really socks when the topic still the same... over and over again....

Yeah. I really like listening too much. I will learn new things from them and vice versa. Other people really like persons those who listens to them. They will know that you are interested in them and they might like you for being such a good listener. It is really a good thing..
