Photo Tag - I was tagged by someone not in my friend list!

something weird happened to me last week. i received a notification email that this guy tagged me in a photo. i don't know who he is and i thought maybe just an old friend or someone i knew online but did not keep in touch with. then i checked his profile, we have no friends in common and i am sure i never know of him before. he is not in my friend list i did not know people can tag others thats not friends with. have this happened to any of you before?

I think that is pretty normal because people can tag anyone even the picture don't belong to them. Maybe a friend of yours or your friend saw that picture and decided to tagged you. That's normal because I am doing that sometimes.

oh i did not know people can do that. i think it is rude to do that. especially if the picture is not of me, a tactic to promote some product

AAh yeah. It is rude if he is promoting some product and tagging people that he really didnt know.
