When selling online have you ever had some ones address

that bought something from you be "non existent"? i sold something on Bonanzle and the lady paid right away and i sent it out the same day just to have it come back as no such address by the mail man less than a week later! i wrote the email address when i had shipped it and i wrote it again when i recieved the package back and then wrote her through the website and nothing! if i bought something and hadnt gotten it i would be bugging the seller!! this person just doesnt seem to care!! so i wrote her and gave her to a certain date to let me know the right address or id just automatically refund her money since i dont want any part of her saying i scammed her etc. i also contacted Bonanzle to get the seller fee taken off and hoping that this person doesnt leave bad feedback but i dont think there was anything else i could do!! have you ever experienced this? i have sold stuff for years and never had this happen! what would you do? did i forget any ideas i could have done? the whole thing is bugging me!
