I agree young girls should not have this option in swimwear , I am glad they were pulled of the shelves. They should not have been on the shelves in the first place. My little one would want one just because she would see someone else have one. Little girls need to be little girls and people need to stop making them grow up so so fast with enticing them with big girl clothing. What are your thought? http://www.azcentral.com/offbeat/articles/2010/04/14/20100414padded-bikini-bras-for-kids.html

parents can also tell them no. But I did think the padded swim suits were ridiculous.

Very true, parents make the ultimate decision in this matter. But I just cannot believe they really tried to market this for such a young age group. Where will it end in stupid decision that affect our children' self image with designers trying to make them grow up faster with clothing styles? Thank you fro your comment.

I dont think it will end, they keep going further and further. Parents need to step up and not allow a market for it!

Children follow adults examples, what an example we are giving them in these styles of clothing. Thanks.

I too agree that there is no reason that little girls should feel like they need to pad their bras. This shouldn't even be an option for them because it is showing them that it is okay to try to pretend to be someone that they are not. My daughter is seven years old and I still want her to be a little girl, but the world around us is making her want to behave like more of a teenager than a little girl and I really don't like this at all.
