What would be the best ways in losing weight after giving birth?

To all moms/girls out there please kindly share your advices on how to loose weight specially after giving birth because most women suffer from obesity after they got their children. maylen from philippines

i think the most immediate is nursing and everything else should be gradual. im not really a rice eater but i think its necessary not to be hungry when you do nursing. when my child learn to be bottle fed then that's the time that i start i turn away from rice again. now i can wear my old jeans again.

Select an exercise pattern to suit your life style. All of us have different life styles and professions so there is no sense in trying to follow the book strictly. Try and follow an exercise routine that is suitable for you. You have to understand that even more important than the exercise it is sticking to it. So unless you choose something that can suit your life style, you are not going to stick on to it.

i do have that kind of problem..since i gave birth to my son and to my daughter i cannot control my weight..but now im happy with the way i did and i discover the right kind of food..

well, if you know your body fat percentage i can prescribe you a diet or give you the amount of macronutrients you need to achieve you goal and back it up with 20-30 min. cardio-exercise and within a 2-3 weeks you will have a nice result..
