Anyone has been cheated by BLIZZERAND by not being paid for the tasks?

Last week i finished several tasks (under the bonus type) which were made up by the user with name Blizzerand. I contacted him a few days ago to check why 1 of the articles remained pending but he said it will soon be approved. Now I tried to contact him again through mylot and through his personal email. I dont know if the message i sent through mylot was received but most probably not because when i clicked on his username no profile came up of him! He deleted his account here. Furthermore the email i sent came back to me undelivered. It is not fair - he cheated on me and probably on other mylotters here. Besides, he said that when completeing 10 tasks he would be paying $2 bonus. After a few days he said that due to fees being charged by paypal it would be best that he paid us $5 when completing 20 tasks! He manipulated me and probably some of you as I had just completed 10 tasks :( I cant understand how mylot let him delete his account without checking whether he paid everyone before. Can anything be done please? :(
