Windows is unable to complete the format...?

Hello please i urge you to help me in this matter...
Whenever i enter my pen drive in my computer..the Message comes "this drive want formatting" and i do format..but certainly one more message comes "WINDOWS IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE FORMAT" and when i check the properties to know the capacity of pen drive it show USED SPACE 0 bytes and FREE SPACE 0 bytes means there is zero capacity..
Today's morning i have brought this pen drive of 32 GB..of transcend i think this is product of chinese..
There is any solution of it..Please share with me..i'm badly waiting for your response..My hard earn money go waste..if this pen drive is not working further...

Well, I do not think you have bought a Transcend Pen Drive at all - you have simply bought a fake one.
I guess you are pretending to have bought one for the case of starting a discussion. Kidding
I think the pen drive is a false one - I have read about fake pen drives.

I never used to purchase any computer related hardware on my own. I normally takes the help of computer shop from whom I used to get the service. So, I don not encounter any problem whatever hardware I purchase for my computer. Do not purchase without knowing the operation to use the hardware parts of computer.Happy myLotting.

I think your pen drive happen some problem.. so you may quickly bring this pen drive to your shopkeeper or it's service center.. because every pen drive have 5 years warranty .. so you may consult to shopkeeper..

these 32 gb pendrives are fake. Because of it' low cost. I'm also victim of the same try to avoid low cost 32GB pendrives. Sometimes windows cannot format the drive due to virus since the program or a process runs in the kernel and it is unble to end the process and displays the message "unable to fomat and drive is used by some other process and try to stop it", so beware of virus attacks and fake pendrives

mmm try to use a lowlevel format application... to format the pen drive. sometimes the file system of such a big pen drive can have some problems. origianlly the windows recognize those devices as usb massive storage devices in file system Vfat or fa16 or 8 and that kind of filesystem have limit of how big are they.
recommend dont use windows to format those. better an application that can handle partitions

i experience that. my hard disk turn to 0 bytes all of partition. you need to do is to remove your hard disk and try to attach to other computer and you will see the problem and think now you need to format you local drive C: when attach them to other computer. try this my instruction and i sure your problem is done if you do that. I hope you read this message. when i try this my hard disk is okay from now.
