well, i am proud that i have been to the land of the rising sun - JAPAN.. the second most richest countries in the world.. second to USA... well, i have never been to its capital city, only a small city, about 5-7 hours by shinkansen from Tokyo city... i admit it, japan is such a beautiful place, clean beautiful place... though people can't really speak english that well, you can never have difficulty to travel there, people are willing to help you.. a simple "sumimasen" (excuse me), "doko" (where) and "arigatou" (thank you) can help you...japanese are also hospitable too...

Cherry blossoms in Japan - Family going for a walk under a cherry tree in april
Yes, I've been there once. I really liked it, I'd like to go back but at least I'm going to learn some culinary Japanese first. Last time I was there I went to two conferences and travelled with a friend who had written his master thesis there. He talked enough Japanese to make sure we got on the right train and new ca where we were heading and what we were eating. The cherry trees were all in blossom, it was really gorgeus.
