Men and their little talks.

I nto sounding sexist here, but I have to defend men. Women can be just as single minded as men. But when it comes to letting people down, in terms of how they think of someone, women find it far easier. I can understnad what you are saying, but it is just one side of the argument, after all, men can like the larger woman, or just like curvy women.

Hello Saph! I've been to a boys night out.. All my guy workmates went drinking. I had to wait for the other one because he was my carpool.All they talk about was yummy girls and pretty crazy things to. I had fun as well because they were funny... jmmmmm

There's something wrong with my eyes. I always find women/girls either slightly thinner or slightly fattier. Never extreme in either way and by no means just perfect! Didn't mean to be here but just had to do some little talks...

Who is really content with what they have??? I think all of us desire things we don't currently have... it is human nature to be progressive. I guess what it really comes down to is how valuable those things are to us and whether we focus on important things or those that are superficial... a woman's weight is superficial and will probably fluctuate in any case. What are they gonna do, leave her because she gains too much weight? Hopefully not. I have a saying... SUCCESS IS NOT HAVING EVERYTHING YOU WANT BUT BEING CONTENT WITH WHAT YOU HAVE! That doesn't mean we can't progress, simply that our happiness is not based on things we don't have... for example, someone who says, 'if only I had more money I would be happy'... does that mean they have to be miserable because they don't? It comes down to the whole concept of gratitude. We just need to be thankful for the things we have and not worry about the superficial stuff.

But dont generally women put on weight after marraige or having kids and all. To give the men friends the credit, they were just seeing if they will like the girl when she puts on 5 to 10 kgs of weight.

Sometimes men really are not sincere on such talks. Of course they just want to be on top of everybody so they have to say such things. My friends are like that when we have men talks.

Well, Me being a man, can understand it quite well. Actually the fact is just like women love variety in apparels, jewelery, etc. We men love variety in women, drinks, and things that are well over external styling. We can go on wearing the same shirt for a week, but won't mind having a new girl to date every day of our life. So, basically all men love lean and slim women, then they thought adding a bit weight would make them more, you know, curvy. So, you just experienced a bit of the fluctuating thoughts of us fickle minded men. No offense meant, none demanded. Regards, AJ-Rox

Ofcourse your friends seem to be expecting much more than they can offer---may be they should look out for sumo wrestlers---they're can be lean and sexy enough on bed

Hi saph, Most men have this way of thinking I guess, they want sexy and lean but I just don't understand why they are trying to compare women, I hope they could lead their mind accepting women for whatever curves they have not to be argue about women shape and so on! ,, Miss yah!

To be fair i have to say as a man, men's interests in woman varies many men prefer women with a more fuller figure, some even prefer those with a very full figure. I suspect many peoples of version of what they think men like come from the images in newspapers and magazines.

Because many people aren't really satisfied with what they have. People are greedy and jealous by nature. Women think the same things about their men. They want them to be "buff," "muscular," "hot," etc. Men are under pressure just as much as women to be amazingly perfect. And the funny thing is that, women claim to be censored all of the time, then they complain when someone talks. They have the ability to taslk as freely as they want, they just don't use it. You can't think somehting and expect someone else to talk for you, you have to do it yourself.

When men talk like that they really mean only that they will notice only those who gained 5 kg or have weights 5kg heavier. It does not mean they will be asking women they like to gain that much weight.
