What is going on with the Earth?...

The other day i had a discussion about all the earthquakes we have been having, now we got volcano's erupting, sink wholes in Cali..Meteor storms, the weather patterns have been crazy. What is your take on it, do you just think the earth is going through a few changes or do you think this stuff about 2012 is happening? Starting to get a little paranoid..
