Anybody noticed how Clicksia seemed to have slowed down significantly?

I noticed just the other day that paid ads kept getting fewer but the traffic exchange links ballooned to more than 150 at a time. When I added credits to my traffic exchange sites, I also noticed that the daily limits were gone. Such that when I added 100 credits to one site, it was all used up in just under an hour! I think the surge of traffic exchange ads has something to do with Clicksia slowing down a lot lately. Most sites don't even load completely anymore. Perhaps due to the large volume of traffic exchange that the site hadn't experienced before? Now I don't know if my sites even get to be displayed properly to those who are clicking. Any thoughts about these Clicksia members?
