Cell Phone - time pass

It would depend if I was alone or not. The thing is, I would worry about my partner, being out with no way to contact me. So I would do everything in my power to get the phone option back at least. I only use my cell phone for what it is, a phone. I don't play games on it, I don't listen to music through it & I don't use it to watch tv on it. If they took down all the cell phone towers & no network, then I don't have any use for my cell phone.
