What's the best way to disipline or rather make a sister realize her faults?

Me and my sister usually quarrel with each other because of her being so hard-headed. Every time I see something wrong that she does I always make sure to correct her but instead of listening to me being her bigger sister she ends up saying harsh words to me.

Try to talk to her again and dont focus on the bad things that she did. Try to tell her how it makes you feel about the things that she does. Focus on you feelings. Just try, I dont know if its gonna be effective on her but its worth a try if she is ever gonna change. The purpose on focusing about how it makes you feel is it will become a wake up call for her that if something like that will happen to her, then how will it make her feel?

No one wants to be micromanaged. Sometimes it's good to make the mistakes on our own then learn from them. Tell your sister that if she needs your help come to you. Give her some breathing room then see what happens. You will be much happier when she shows up needing advice.

it could be, that you are almost providing the answer yourself. Because you seem to want to discipline her, and correct her continuously. If I had a bigger sister who would treat me that way, I might well end up reacting the same way as your little sister:-) Maybe showing her some understanding and asking her on a level of equality might help?
