What should be done when we get negative response from people when we do good

What should be done when we get negative response from people when we do good work for them.
I was thinking in a bad mood once that i do or even try to help my colleagues every time or even my friends. But they really don’t consider these things. And by god grace i most of the time do not need help of others. But i get the result in no consideration of mine as i am not worthy for them.
So i some time think that i should not help or think better for others. Why should i think for others why should i run a risk for others when i don’t get even consideration or praise from others for my good work for them.

Usually when someone leaves a negative comment when someone accomplishes something good can be chalked up to jealousy. The only person who's comments you should care about is yours. Sometimes there is no explanation to why people want to make your life negative but it happens so we can't always take what they say personal or care. As long as your proud of yourself, in the end that is all that matters. Just keep thinking everything you have accomplished in life and know that you did that all on your own.

Is there any chance that the person that you are referring to is jealous of you for some reason? The reason that I ask this is because it seems to be that the people that always give a negative response to everything that I do are typically jealous of me for some reason or another. I don't know that there is a right way to remedy this situation unless you feel comfortable enough with the person to be able to talk to them and find out why they have the reactions that they have.

Should one do good deeds in hope of getting something back??? Hmmm???? I learned a long time ago that it doesn't matter what everyone else does. It's what you do that counts!!! I am going to be loving, kind, and helpful unconditionally. I expect nothing in return but somehow goodness does find it's way back to me usually when I need it the worst.
