still now,I can't get my job,is possible to self-employ

I have graduated from a ordinary college, and now I have started to face the job hunting, I have spent much money about it, but still now,I can't find my jobs,it has been almost for 1 month, but I just saw my money ran out of my pocket,
many companies have told me to wait for the notice by cellphone after the written test add review,some companies obviously want to hire me, even a company's manager announced that they will hire me in front of all the applicatnts,but day after day, I still can't get the notice ,They should have no interest about me, then ,another two weeks passed away,suitable jobs are get less and less , I just can stay at home, just the oppsite ,many other classmates have found the jobs related with their major,maybe I should go to other cities to continue hunting jobs,But I have not enough money to go on living in this kind of cities, I have to go back home sadly!Maybe the city's software industry is not well,it can't provide enough the related jobs,Do you know this city ? It's suzhou from jiangsu province,a beautiful city famous for itslong historical culture and other places of interest .
It's big hit for me !My friends ,my classmates and my teachers and some company's managers have acknowleged and appreciated my capability, I am not a poor student,my major capability is better than most of my classmates. My english is better than my classmates,I can build a website all by myself using asp.net technique,I want to get the job about networks, but for the time being ,I have to stay at home,I have to learm more technique about networks,for example ,seo,sem technique, Php programing(Too many companies just like using php to develop their websites and they don't waste their time and money to train me although they can realize that I can do well in ASP.NET)
I have another quesion? Why not start my own business, why I need to live by other companies,I really want to start my home-business work,but no pain,no gain, especially dong home-business work need more efforts than working for others,and it always company with trouble ,failure and confusion,so sometimes I got hesitated,Can you tell me the possibility of self-employed online bussiness at a low cost? You know,i am Chinese, 150-500 dollars per month is enough for me because the price index is not higher than developed countries
So I want to get advices of others!Thank you for responding.

i think getting online income as your means of daily income is not possible. i also dont have job and right now only mylot give me a clear earnings without investing. in here the maximum earnings per month is 100 dollars and it depends to you on how you work for it and with the help of your referrals, theres a lot of site here like freelance writing, maybe it can help if you have good english.

you can try different city that close to you... it might work that way.

My cousins husband has his masters degree in finance and he works on a hot dog stand it's so hard to find jobs now a day I hope you find a job really soon I know people that get paid a lot less than minumum wage because they can't find any jobs

I didnt expect to get employed with the right kind of job for my when I graduated in college cause there are so many graduates these days but there are only a few job available for them. After graduation is entering in a world of unemployment. If you want to be self-employed for the mean time that is also going to be a good idea. You can always think of something and make use of your skills.
