Balance beam scale / myLot

Is this the most accurate weighing scale? I've been trying to lose weight, but the problem is I don't know if I'm really losing weight because the floor scale I use seems to be inaccurate and unreliable. To Filipinos here, do you know how much a balance beam scale is here in our country and where I can buy one?

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
