15 Skulls Stolen from Graveyards: What for?

Hey guys, there is this shocking news in my country, where grave yards are nolonger sacred. Something terrible is happening to our morals, but what is it exactly? Why would any one want to steal skulls? Read the article below and just find out how 15 skulls were removed from the graves in Eastern Uganda.

I really can't predict the exact cause to this. I have read a lot about such sadistic things and that is why, I can predict some things... It might be a psychopath (pretending to be black-magician), who is stealing the skulls... Or else, A maniac is at large.. if it is the second possibility, then you and your people in the town have got to be highly careful... The history of such maniacs tells us that they finally turn to killing people.. I hope you understand what I mean...
