Does anybody know at what time your earning in myLot get updated everyday?

It should be within the next hour. On the left hand side of the screen, under your myLot earnings you can see how many hours ago the last update was. Now mine shows 23 hours. Sometimes it goes to 1 day but that is never for more than just a few minutes.
