Should "kids go free" on shared transport?

Not public transport, but say a bunch of people share a cab or hire a bus privately to go somewhere, should only the adults pay a share of the cost or should those with children pay for their kid's seat?

I think that everybody should pay as everyone is having a seat. Unless they are so young that they can sit an adult. I think you meant that parents should pay for their kids seat not children.... Yes I think I do agree that it would be decent of them to share the expenses.

i think kids have the right age to pay or to give share,if the kids are in the age of 10 and above i think they should have to share payment but if the child is below 10 then i think that kid would be free for charge.and kids should be pay especially during pick seasons.

If the kids are taking up a seat that another adult could have taken and paid for, then yes you should pay for the child. If it is a young child that will sit on an adults lap the entire time then maybe they should ride free.

if the seats are costing individually.. the seats should be paid for individually as well
