Friends Nick Name

Friends are Friends!!!! but we cannot call them friend, as everyone of us will address our friend/s with some name, I used to call my friends and still call my old friends. Dan, Buddy, dude, Maam,Machhi, ohy, pal,and so on... how do you address your current friends and used to address your old friends.

I have some old friends. they will always be "nutmeg" and Doodlebug"! That's their names now! I also have Hutch -- she's a great friend too. My daughter has a friend she calls Clyde!! (but that's not her name!) When my daughter had her baby I was trying to find her bf on her phone and then remembered I'd have to look under Clyde! And there she was!

Well my friends call each other daa..thats most common word and feel the closeness and strength.
