My son has to have tubes put in his ears

My husband and I just got home from taking my son to the doctor's. He needed to get his ears reevaluated. He has an appointment scheduled on May 7th to get tubes put in his ears. I know this is a simple, commonplace surgery. I just hope this will get him talking. I know I'm going to be kicking myself for it later, but I'd like him to start talking.

It's the right way to do if it's recommended by doctors.
Still If my child was sick I wouldn't save a cent if I could spend them to heal him and see him happy!
You are doing the right thing!
I know nothing about this surgery but I hope it will help your son to start talking.

I'm just glad that we have Medicaid. My husband isn't working right now, and I don't have insurance through my job. I have no clue of how we would have paid for the procedure. We would have had this done months ago, but the company my husband use to work for fired him for a reason that was not his fault. Just as his insurance kicked in.

that sux! Though you are right it's a very common procedure for lil ones. I hope everything turns out ok. How old is he if I may ask.
