Avatar, it's a imaginary story. It's the product of human imagination. Our nature love new things. We are attracted to new story. Avatar, is just like stars-wars. What is the thing you like in avatar?

I liked that it was 3D, and the effects were done wonderfully. I liked the message that Avatar had, but the storyline wasn't the best or most original. If you don't know what I am talking about, watch Dances With Wolves.

I loved the story, drama, action, fantasy, world, imagination and the big real love between guy in the wheelchair and wild blue beautiful (I don't remember names) This story is made with real hard work. I haven't seen that kind of world even in computer game. AVATAR is one of the greatest movies, I have ever seen in my life!

I like the story line of the movie.. haha =D It's a combination of real world vs imaginary world.. The natural part of nature, and it's so pure til the extend of almost extinction.. haha =D IN actual world, are we able to really see such a scene?? It's not possible.. And to have cupids flying together with the wind, landing on us, having beautiful sunrise, sunsets, right on our faces, without any pollution around??

I like avatar because of its' 3D effects. I like how I feel the tear gas was thrown at me something like that or when he flies and falls down I can somehow feel it. The imaginary plants that light during night time is beautiful. I can not say great story since I can still eat during the film and it did not make me think of what is going to happen next. I think that is why it did not win the Oscars Best Picture.

I haven't seen Avatar yet, but I've seen plenty of the previews for it and that in and of itself is enough for me to be able to give an answer for this. We like to be entertained and this movie goes a long way into being able to do this for us. Additionally, we also like to use our imaginations even as adults though we aren't always encouraged to do it so this movie gives us the opportunity to do that if even for a short period of time. Finally, the lesson of the movie is something that can be applied to our lives even though the movie is purely fiction.

Yes, Avatar was a beautiful imaginary world but the storyline was anything but new. Try to recall the story of Pocahontas by disney and recall its resemblance in the storyline.

I don't really like to watch a movie in 3D though the effects in Avatar was astounding. I feel that Avatar is more than Star Wars because it brings across the message of the consequences of human greed in trying to exploit endlessly for our own profits. The stupidity of we human beings digging our own graves. Because it is built on an imaginary story and new technologies I thought it could catch the attention of audience and bring across very well the message.

I liked the visuals of the movie, and the message was a good one, but the actual story has been told, and told again. Disney's Pocahontas, for example, and Fern Gully, have very similar story lines and basically the same message. Avatar was still fun to watch though.

Besides the awesome special effects and Graphics, I love the Story Itself!! We have to respect others belief, others culture..Others life.. Others lifeforms!!

I like star wars but not avatar. I dont even know why a lot of people liked it. For me, it was an okay movie but not something to die for.

I'll tell ya when iget to see it. I think its the escapeism that movies provide that makes them likeable. Sometimes its the special effects that draw me in, maybe the characters and if theres a decent storyline to o with it.

Hi, vine. Life is all about imagination. You can feel the power of it through films, television and books. I like Avatar, not only because it is a high-quality 3D movie, but also it has depicted a impressive story happened on another wonderful planet with splendid views and friendly creatures, which human beings, actually the army tried to plunder and occupy. It reminds me of the pollution and environmental destruction on our planet, and the broken peace. God bless us!

People love the concept of the movie. I don't know but there is something in the movie, behind every lines, every scene. And I am not a fan of Star Wars so I don't know the story or the concept of that movie. =|

I didn't like Avatar! I thought story was generic. If you play Halo, watch "Fern Gully" and any other environmental film, you pretty much get the same thing, only with 3D graphics.

I didn't like Avatar so much is same history of all movies all time, don't have anything new in the history. The visual effects are amazing, but it only reflects the incredible amount of money they invert in the production, it seems that the most expensive movies not always are good, and avatar is a perfect proof. I liked so much other movies that not have a super-production, but the history is really interesting and different. Chau...

I love this completely new world, different from ours. It is imaginary, but it is beautiful and thats enough for me.
