When your feelings get hurt by someone of something, what do you do to make yourself feel better? Do you listen to music, do you read a book, do you play on an instrument really loudly? Colin

I normally, play my guitar and think I am on stage. That normally cheers me up. Sometimes I start cleaning up the house. In worse cases, I start eating everything I can find.

I listen to music if something comes bad. I eat ice cream too, and go out with friends. You cant just mock around just because something or someone hurt you EVen though we have to move through over the feeling,we have to move on. Life goes on, bet on yourself it wins all the time. Cause any fight is over if you dont have trust in yourself.

if i am feeling bad, i usually write this down to express my hurt, my anger, my dissatisfaction and all the other negative feelings that I am feeling. While I am writing, I make schemes and resolution regarding the matter. While I am rereading what I have written, I am already much away from my bad feelings. I have already made realizations. After writing, I am already feeling okay. I already have the idea on how to solve my problems or how to deal with the cause of my bad feelings. Try it, am sure you will feel relieved like i do.
