My first time to travel i definitly had jet lag. It was a long haul flight from the Philippines to Oslo, Norway and it took 15 hours. And upon arriving i slept for a day and a half. That was my first time to have jet lags. But my body has gotten used to it so now i don't experience it anymore.

Last year I went on a 12 hour flight from London to Cape Town. I didn't fly thorough many time zones so I arrived without the feelings of jet lag. In the past I have suffered jet lag on long flights that have gone through many time zones. I was really badly jet lagged when I flew 12 hours from London to Los Angeles. I got a normal amount of jet lag on a 14 hour flight from Singapore to London. I got the same amount of jet lag when I flew from London to Hong Kong.
In my life I have flown to far away countries like Australia and New Zealand. To take advantage of the seeing some of the lands I have to fly over I do some stopovers. Then it has broken down flight times which would have otherwise been more than 24 hours. I have flown over the International date line a few times. On my journey around the world I lost day doing that.

Regardless how many times I travel, I am always prone to jetlag. Perhaps it's because of my habit or something. I do try taking those tabs to avoid having one and it does work, but there are times when I miss taking those tabs and I'd really get bad jetlags that would last a few days to a week!
I hate flying, but there's no other way.
