I know it is not legal in North America, and that the people that make the most money NOT necessarily the ones that set up the site, are the ones that get persecuted the most. What other ways are you looking at? What do you believe to be a ponzi? For a good reference the attorney general of the USA would ask the following questions when determining the legality of any money making program. Would a logical thinking person purchase the product or service if no money making opportunity involved? if no, then it is a scam and Does the money stop when the recruiting stop? if yes, then it is a scam. I hope that helps you in your search, if you have any other questions, I would be honored to share what I know about marketing, as well as all the resources that I have. With Appreciation.

I firmly believe that there's something I don't know about internet marketing.Yes, it's really funny that some programs have no real service or product included, but somehow they manage to sell this imaginary product or service. My questions would be:how long have you been in this business?Have you found something that really works and what skills are required to succeed online?

This is true, I am involved in a Generic MLM training program. If you are interested in that kind of stuff, like Cash Gifting, just with a viable and valuable product attached to giving your money away http://www.mlmguidanceebook.info, we also offer some great additional information at http://www.mffaudios.net - there is a lot of information here, and it will all make more sense after you read the ebook, which is free.
