is recycle means u can change referral that are not active?

I really haven;t been recycling them, mainly because I don't know how. I just let them run out, and I try to rent them every week, as I am an upgraded member there and I need lots of referrals, which I don't have. I am regretting upgrading it seems as i only have 3 direct referrals and 24 rented ones, so as you can see, I am not doing to well at all. It is so hard to get enough to be able to rent and cashout when I reach what I need. I just cashed out not to long ago, so now I have a ways to go to get the next cashout. I am not going to give up though as I hope to be bble to get more referrals, as I am hoping to rent a golden pack which should be more referrals so I can keep chahing out when I reach it and hopefully, my referrals won't run out before i can rent them again. I do wish you luck there though as it is hard to get them, let alone them being active. Good luck and happy mykittubg,
