i've joined this program recently and only cost me $10 but not sure is right for me. Anyone have joined this kind of program and really earn?

I joined one a long time ago that uses Paypal. It is much less to join, only $1, and I have already been paid several times. It is online since 2007.
The only way that you can earn with the matrix sites is to promote your referral and get sign-ups then most of them work. I prefer the older ones that have been online for longer.
