How do you force relatives out of a home you inherited?

I don't know if this sounds common in your area, but somehow I have heard of 2 people who have complained that they can't seem to let relatives leave their inherited home.
Let's say that you are living with your parents together with your siblings while you were single. Then as all of you got older, some stayed home while others left (we can't help but there will be siblings who'd think that it'll be a lot better if they could just stay in the Family Home with their new family).
Now, unfortunately, you have inherited the Family Home as stated in the Will.
How do you evict your siblings living there if they should say 'we have nowhere else to go' and 'you're not the only who has the right to live here.. we are their children too!'.
So, what's your take on the matter?

Why would i want them off of my house? That's absurd. They're my family. If they have nowhere else to go then They're welcome to stay anytime. That's how family should be.

Yeah. Eventhough they have a family of their own. If they have nowhere else to go they're completely welcome to stay. They're my siblings. I can't throw them out. Besides, the more the merrier. :)

I'm sorry for that particular family but my family isn't like that.

I look at it like this. You were given a home for free, why not return the favor? It is your family after all. Don't be greedy, and selfish.

myself tell them to get out, but if they are for along time, then you are suppose to go to the court and have them invicted from there and give them sometime

I come from Africa...and in Africa, there is nothing as important as family. We stay together and face the hard times together. we also take the pain to help those who are lost...in other words we are our brother's keeper. As long as you can afford it, and this people have nowhere else to go, it is always good to have family around.

Hmm.. It's good to look at it that way, yes family should be helping out each other which is the point as to why the owner would like to evict his family members who are staying because they are not contributing anything to the bills. Most don't even have jobs nor are motivated to do so.
