First off your resume should not include your answers to these types of questions. Your resume should include your name, address, contact numbers and email. Then it should have your objective statement. Next you should list your eductaion starting with most recent and going back. Then list work experience. Make sure that you include details that would be benefical to the position you are applying for. Finally include your list of references. As for the questions you have listed above they are simply looking for you to be able to give intelligent answers while with hesitation. For example: If I were asked what my major strength is? - I would respond with: I am able to overcome most adverities in life with a positive attitude.
