marketing for extra money.Many fall into the trap of moving around to different companies, one company doesn't make them any money so they assume the company and products rre no good. There is no doubt in my mind that the mlm model is the best around for building residual wealth but you have to stick with it and MASTER the techniques and principles that drive people to take action. You must learn the real secrets to getting people to join your downline and then motivating them to take action, otherwise you will keep banging your head against the wall regardless of which company you join.

Dear p_vadla,
There are many MLM companies out there with various Compensation plans.

I am Working with an 11 years old Company, and things are Good.
My Honest and Only advice is to check the below points:
* How old is the company? (Should be more than 3 years).
* What are the products?
* Is there any minimum Quota? (products/service you MUST buy).
And finally, Do they have a good SUPPORT and TRAINING SYSTEM!

Have you signed up in a company yet?
First thing to do, is research the company you intend to sign on with, or that you were introduced to. Read this MyLot post to learn more http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2011747.aspx
Second, learn about people. Relationship building is the number one priority in MLM, or NWM. People only do business with those they know, like, and trust. So, learn as much as you can about people. I can help you there.
Third, once you are committed with a good stable company, never give up. Change your company, if it makes changes you do not like and never give up.
When you are considering a company, be mindful of scams. A good thing to go by, is. Would a logical thinking person, buy this product or service if a business opportunity is not attached? If no, it is a scam.
And
Does the money stop when the recruiting stops? If yes, then it is a scam.
