Schweenie Puppy

Do you know schweenie dogs? They are the cross-breed of a Shihtzu and Dachshund. We have one actually and she is so cute! Her mother is a Shihtzu and her father is a Dachshund. When she is a baby we were trying to figure out what could she be like when she grows up. Now she is 4 months old puppy and her hair starting to grow a little. We just love her our puppy so much!

Hello, it is lovely to hear about your schweenie puppy. She sounds really delightful and I can see you are enjoying seeing her grow up. This is the first time that I have heard of a schweenie puppy. I can imagine that mix of a shihtzu and a dachshund. I know that a cross breed can be even nicer looking than the pure breed. I have got two miniature poodles. I know some dog breeders have cross breed them with Cocker spaniels and they are sweet looking. My dog, Secret, is unusual looking. He is white with black patches and a bit of apricot. My other dog, Magic, is plain black so it more normal looking.

Hi,
This is the first time I am hearing of this. What type of dog Shihtzu is? I also have a male dachshund dog and he is very near to our hearts because of his intelligence. Do tell me more about your puppy like his colour, hair etc.

Hi vanitasuri! Thank you for responding. Shihtzu are a long-haired small breed dogs. You could check it on the internet. You could also search schweenie dogs at dogster.com. You will see a lot of schweenie dogs there, you could add your dog at that site, it's fun and you will learn a lot about dogs and puppies. Our schweenie puppy has a white hair with a little mixed of light brown in both eyes and some part of her body. She's also intelligent and always like to play. She's our entertainer. We just love her so much!
