Hello friends...
What i'm thinking there should be some changes in the salary payment as we get in the last day of the month..It should be given in every 15 days(fortnight) instead of 1 months in two parts(two instalments). What is your perception..do you like my this innovative idea..?

Well, I want salary everyday. So that I will be ready for some good money everyday instead plunging in the long ATM queues at the end of the month.
If my salary is 3000$, I will ask for 100$ everyday.

See your own question silly:
What is your perception
You asked my perception and I told you mine! And, you are dragging wages!! Wages is a synonym for Salary.

hell0 Siliguri! well, I think that you are too greedy wanting your salary to be given twice and not at once
JUST KIDDING!
well, it would be really nice and bettter if we all get the salary at twice- once in the middle of the month and once at the end, but many employers prefer to give it at once at the end. and sometimes we just need it earlier :(
here in my country the people who work in the private sector get their salaries that way- once between 10th and 15th of the month, and once on 30th/31th, but it is not the same case every where. and in the government sector there is not such a possibility, all the people/employees get their salaries( the whole ammount) at the end of the month, only the teachers(as my cousin) get their salaries earlier- somewhen between 25th and 27th, which is actually not that earlier, but it is still something :)

I think salary gives only in one installment as they gives.. because in two installment it is not good.. and person.. think that they don't have get the sufficient salary.. so i think it should give as the rules ..

Actually, you are right. Most of the country's salary system is on weekly basis. Its not bad if we get salary on biweekly (15 days) basis. People need money everyday, he or she can't able to manage their spending if it is not enough and also if he or she get their salary at the end of the month. Great discussion, have a nice day.

Yeah, that sounds great.
It wouldn't affect me though, because I don't have a job
It would be great for people who need some money for their rent, food, bills and other expenses, because nowadays you have to take care of yourself for a month with no other salary...

In my country, salaries are given every fortnight. Usually on the 15th and 30th (or the nearest friday if it falls on a weekend). We call this type of salary setup "Kinsenas" from the spanish of 15 which is kinse (we're not spanish btw, so I don't know how to spell it in spanish). Although it doesn't mean that all companies use the 15th and 30th to give out salary. Some companies do it on either the 9th and 23rd, 10th and 24th or 13th and 28th.
Honestly I think it's better that way because you get to budget your money easily. It's also a safeguard for impulsive buyers. Instead of being "poor" for longer period of time, you only have to wait a for more or less a week before the next payday.
