where is the best place for registering a domain and hosting a website?

I want to register a domain for personal using, which one is the best provider in the world, first it must be cheap, not only cheap for the first year, but also for the second and third year...
Besides, I also need to host the domain, also the cost is a very important factor.
Can someone make a list of domain registration provider? and also a list of web hosting?
Is there any place that provide web hosting and site building service freely?

I have checked godaddy.com for domains, and generally, it is the cheapest one. And even its web hosting is very cheap, but if you want to use its web builder, it is not so good for me, the cheaper one is too small space (only 50M, and 5 pages), the larger one is too expensive for me.
And I found 1and1.com is very cheap, but it is not available for me. My country is not on its optional place list. So I am now still searching for a better one.
