The IPL final will be a good clash of this cricketing season. Mumbai will take on Chennai on the big sunday Its going to be Played in DY Patil stadium new mumbai. well the stadium is awesome to watch. The final will be played as the 4th consecutive match to be played in the same pitch. The pitch is getting very slow on each match played there. There is another match to be played just before final, 3rd position playoff between deccan and bangalore, I think this match wil help us to read the pitch in details. The last match played between deccan and chennai was a low scoring match as t20 is concerned. after watching the matchess played there its look like the final will be a low scoring one due to the pitch. If the runs are not coming in a T20 final there will not be the excitement and entertainment of T20 cricket. Do you think the pitch is well enough for the final battle between CSK and MI? or will the pitch spoil the spice of final.

It was very one sided affair semis both, reason the pitch and both occasions team batted first won the matches. I hate to see that no Indian pitch is a sporting one compared to Australian and South African pitches. Why so low bounce and slow pitches are made do not understand. Either the pitches are flat or bowlers paradise. It is shame that no venue as given good pitches in the whole tournament. Everyone thought the semis will be well fought one but both the semis were one sided. The reason might be many but toss must not decide who will win the match. How can last year champions and runners up knock out of the tournament in semis. It is all scripted and some match fixing is going on I feel..

surely the match will be a low scoring one and defenitely the team batting first will have the advantage in this pitch. lets look the match for 3rd position that will give a good idea about the pitch

I don't know about the status of the pitch yet. But I think CSK will win this time. If sachin fails to put runs on the board, I guess CSK will win. The toss won't play an crucial role. Mumbai would want to bat first, and CSK is better in chasing. So the important role will be played by the team which bowls second.
