I know the title sounds "ignert"..but I am 6 months pregnant and have always been "larger" and I accept myself for who I am but I want to be smaller at times... I don't want to go on a diet but I was wondering if ya'll had any advice for someone who just doesn't want to blow WAY up while she's pregnant.. keep in mind this is my third baby... I gained 56lbs with my 1at.. only 13lbs with my 2nd ( she wieghed 9lbs herself) but I was working during that pregnancy.. and I am coming closer to popping out numbere 3 and I am not working with this one.. but ya..

I think the answer to this one is pretty simple, just try and stick to a healthy diet so no sugary or fatty snacks. Eat high fibre, lots of proteins and plenty of fruit and vegetables. Keep carbs in your diet but not too much and try to get some form of exercise. I know this can be difficult during pregnancy, but try some pregnancy yoga to help stretch you out and de stress. Walking is a good thing to do too, but just watch you don't go over the top. Hope this helps :)

I totally know what you mean!!! I'm five months pregnany now and I just wish I could stop eating so I don't gain anymore weight!! lol I have already gained almost 20 pounds..but I gained fifty with both of my other kids (I know GASP!!!) I'm just trying not to focus on it and eat what I want because I know once the baby is born I can't splurge anymore =) Try and eat lots of fruits and veggies and just stay away from the fattening food if you can...I have never been able to lol But good luck with your pregnancy =)
