neobux account 2.8 suspended

My hard disk got fried so i used my dad and uncle's laptop. Now when i tried to log in from my one. IT shows account suspended cause i have violated terms and service 2.8 HOW CAN I REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT AND WHAT ARE THE CIRCUMSTANCES

It actually happened to me before and I was not able to reactivate my account. They just asked me to create a new account which is not good if you have already earned a lot from the account that was deactivated :(
