Cost of Living in Beijing..can anyone please tell me?

Hi Hcvvmk, I still get the plan to stay in Beijing for holiday soon, but it is hard to decide how much money is adequate, actually it depends on how you decide to spend the money. If you live in suburban districts, maybe RMB1400 can be acceptable, be carefull, it should not include your train fee or flight charge and you are not supposed to buy many souvenirs. I plan to take around RMB2500 for two days, because I have got relatives and friends there, and they will be responsible for my accommodation and dinner, so I still can have enough money to buy what I are interested!
