hard life...life is hard (bearing one's own cross)

People have trials and tribulations that they go through. One's persons problems may seem light to someone else who has been through harder circumstances, although both people may still be suffering equally. Suffering is different for different people and everything affects people differently. We have to carry our own cross before we can help others carry theirs. I have a disability: My left eye prevents me from doing contact sports and as a boy, that severely debilitates me and makes me envious of others. I do not enjoy the sun because my left eye is photosensitive. What are your sufferings both physically and mentally? In the end let's count or blessings and not our misfortunes, for their are people who are always worse off than us. =)

That's right! Count our blessings instead of our what we don't have. Sufferings? Mine I think most of my suffering are in the mental aspect but I'm still a sane person of course... Just thinking so much things and it's also affecting my physical health, like I might have now an ulcer as evidenced by pain after eating, migraine... But still I live and we are still alive. Live happily :)

I'm sorry for your mental problems. I hope that you are able to deal with them and still thrive and prosper. Try not to think too much and just try and keep things simple. =)
