how can i earn money on internet?

i have done paid to click programs,yet it got me nothing but empty handed. i have search a lot of online money making programs but they all requires fee for they program.As a newbie,i can't trust programs that will require me to get money in my own pocket. what if they are only scam sites. it's my lost not theirs. so anyone knows how to earn money online free?

i am also looking for online job or money making job online.....
whatever comes...
but still....i dont have come up with a solution....onli this mylot...
i was wondering some how they earn....
i envy them who earns alot.....we both the same problem...
site is asking for money...for registraton or program package and i dont trust some of them beside all scam are evrywhere...
