tattoo--any part of your body that is tattooed?

I just had my eyebrows tattooed this afternoon. My original eyebrows were sloping and very thin and I had it reshaped and thickened so I do not have to use a pencil. I know that a lot of people nowadays are having tattoos in their bodies. They have them everywhere--in the arms, legs, tummy, neck, etc. I only have them on my eyebrows. How about you? Do you have a tattoo? If none, why?

Currently I don't have any tattoo me and I doubt I'll even get one. First of all I'm afraid of the pain. Secondly I'm afraid that a few years down the path, I'll dislike what has permanently been drawn onto me and it would hurt even more to get rid of it. If I ever get a tattoo I would like one on my collarbone...although that would be extremely painful.

oh goodness tattoo...I have 16.. yeah 16 alot... It was my personal choice.. I got my first one when I turned 18 as a rebellion thing I and I got addicted. I don't regret getting any tats that I have but there a few that I regret where they are... I have some that I cover up because they can be offesive if you don't know the kind of person I am. I have a big rebel flag on my arm.. and when we go out I do my best to keep it covered because I ususally get looks... but its funny because people automatically think I am racsist.. but little do they know my youngest daughter is half black... and I love her more than ever... but ya tats are fun

Personally, I don't like the idea of it. I don't have a tattoo, and never will, I guess I will go for henna tattoo instead, something not permanent. But I do appreciate some styles and some use it for beautification- like what you did. I do wonder what a lip tattoo would be, I think this will give a red lips effect, no need to add lipstick or gloss to make your lips beautiful. My man, knows how to do tattoo, he's fond of making designs- his current passion was Koi- he's making tattoo design of the fish. I am just afraid that I won't be able to donate my blood like for example my mom, my sister and my son (who has the same blood type with me) in case they will need it.

Usually you can not give blood or anything like that within one year of getting a tattoo, or a piercing. And I remember I used to get Henna from time to time when i was younger....guess I always knew I was going to get a real tattoo. I can remember being as young as 8 and knowing I was going to get one one day. My aunt has perm. eyeliner, I might do that oen day...bas as for lips...I never would...it would fade.

I have a tattoo on my back, its something I had done about 8 years ago, I dont exactly regret it, its nothing bad, just a rose, but I wish that I had put more thought into it, I wish the tattoo actually meant something to me, you know how people get them to remind them of something, I wish it meant something to me, so right now I am considering another tattoo, but Im putting lots of thought into it, making sure that I can explain why I have it, I know roughly what I want, but am constantly looking for ideas to make sure I get the exact one that I want, instead of just going into a shop and picking one off the wall.

I currently have 15 tattoos, all on various parts of my body, all with either significant reasons, or a good memory behind them. I still have many more tattoos that I want to get. People often ask me if I know that they are permanent or what I will think when I get older. Yes I know they wont come off, and I am perfectly fine with my tattoos sagging and wrinkling with time. :)

I dont have a tattoo but I always wanted to have one when I was in college. Tattoos are something I am not suppose to have so when I was in the urge of getting one, I always had my mother in my mind which prevented me from getting a tattoo. I wanted to have a tattoo on the upper part of my back. I wanted to have it there cause I think its really sexy. I think my back is my asset that's why I wanted to have it there.

I haven't had a tattoo yet. My doc told me that if I needed to donate bone marrow or an organ for whatever reason, I couldn't do so for X number of years after having said tattoo. Now, this was just a conversation about the war and vets and my donating blood... how we ended up at this conversation, I don't know. That has prevented me from having a tattoo done.
