To earn money form mylot ?

Read the FAQs, especially the section on Earnings, and the Guidelines. You earn from your own participation - that is from responding to, commenting on and starting discussions. You can also earn from things like tasks and adding appropriate and relevant photos to discussions (and, later on, to responses - but not until you have a user rating of 500 or more). The better the quality of your participation and, of course, the more posts you make and the more time you spend, the more you will earn.

Just star discussions, and participate in discussions, answer questions, help people, talk to people. You can also take up some tasks, but I haven't seen so many.
